Why C.C.A. is Required for Students?

Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities mark the culmination of the EPS Curriculum. Learning is not limited to the Syllabus, Teacher, Classroom, and School. It goes beyond the Syllabus and outside the Textbooks. Various in-house competitions like Drama, Skit, Debate, Elocution, Painting, Rangoli are organized on a regular basis. To expose, the EPS students to the outside world and culture, Outside Visits, Picnics, and Celebrations of vary many Festivals are also planned in the Academics. Moreover, the Sessions on Music, Dance, Dramatics, and Fitness bring them a lot of opportunities and enjoyment with confidence building and leadership initiatives.

    House System

The school population is vertically divided into four units called houses. The four houses are named as: GREEN LAND, MORNING STAR, RISING SUN, SUNFLOWER.

Each house is under the charge of a House Incharge and associate House Teachers and has its own House Coordinators (boys and girls), who are responsible for organization and discipline. There are also Activity Incharges who are responsible for organizing activities throughout the year. All school activities and duties are assessed on a house-wise basis. Through the house system children compete in Quiz programmes, Debates, Elocutions, Skit Competitions and other cultural and games activities. The house system fosters a spirit of co-operation, leadership, initiative, self-restraint among the students, love for others and healthy competition. Music, art and sports are part of regular teaching. Every student is expected to take active interest in these areas besides academic work.

    C.C.A.:

Every week, Inter House Competitions of various activities like English & Hindi Songs, Skits, Debates, Speeches, English Creative Writing, Senior & Junior Quiz, English & Hindi Elocution etc. are held. House in-charges and Post Holders prepare the students well in advance and ensure that the maximum number of students are given an opportunity to compete. Maintaining a healthy sense of competition, House Captains & House In-charges take these competitions very seriously. On the Annual Cultural Programme a Trophy is awarded to the Winning House by the Chief Guest. Also the winner students also get certificate of participation in various competition.

    Sports

Our School gives opportunity to every child to develop not only in academics but also in Sports. We at our school arrange different kinds of sporting activities. Besides our school give knowledge about physical exercise and karate. Our teachers also impart valuable lessons in leadership, discipline, competitiveness, fair-play, perseverance and team spirit.

    Festival Celebration:

The life without celebration is nothing. But without culture, religion and the modern knowledge of this era. Children learn a lot while they celebrate Republic Day, Independence Day, festivals like Diwali, Holi, Idd, X-mas etc. The history behind the celebration impart the perfect knowledge of the civilization, which helps the morals, social and religious values to the young minds which help the morals, ethics and good characters in them.

    Cultural Event: “SHAISHAV”

“SHAISHAV” The annual cultural meet is organized for drawing out the best talents. It creates Team work, Confidence and Leadership skill in the students. It is training of Indian & Western Culture in the field of Global Education.Shaishav the cultural evening of the school is well known event of the town. Our shaishav is not only give the stage to the kids of two or three years but for the elderly children of primary, secondary and higher secondary as well our educators are the perfect of and famous for imparting the cultural, historical, religious, scientific, metical knowledge to one and all. It will not be enough to say that the maximum institutions of the town are legging behind the shaishav and other schools near by places eagerly come to school to watch the event. The learning and teaching process in going on here. Shaishav is he famous went of the town.
